What is the turnaround time for branding on the portable bag tags?

Customisation is completed within 1-2 business days once payment and correct logos are received + shipping.
We require payment in full and an original hi-res EPS or PDF logo file for branding, uploaded at the time of placing your order online.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders of settlement gifts?

Absolutely!
A Bulk Discount table is displayed on each individual product page, with the minimum order requirements and saving per gift. These discounts are applied automatically at the checkout.

Are there any set-up fees for branding?

No, we do not charge any set-up fees for branding. You can enjoy affordable customisation without any additional costs.

How do I upload my logo for branding?

Uploading your logo is easy. Simply follow the instructions on our website to upload your logo file during the ordering process.
Please ensure your logo is either a EPS or PDF Format, originally created and not converted online from a PNG or JPEG.

What are the dimensions of the wicker baskets?

The dimensions of our wicker baskets are 25 x 15 x 35 cm, (excluding carry strap) making them convenient to carry and perfect for outdoor adventures.

Can I order multiple branded baskets but send them individually?

Yes you can!
Simply download our order form HERE and email your order and hi res EPS/PDF logo to hello@ellarboutique.com.au.

We will confirm your order, send you an invoice for payment and triple check your branding and direct to recipient delivery requirements.

Please note, all direct to recipient delivery shipments are $16.45 including GST to metro areas only. Any outer regional deliveries will be invoiced at the secured courier rate provided to us.
