Do you charge extra for Create Your Own?
We charge an upfront non-refundable $50 service fee to begin the Create Your Own process. If you decide to proceed with an order, this fee will be deducted from the total of your first order.
Is there a minimum requirement for Create Your Own?
Our Create Your Own service has a minimum of 20 gifts. However, please reach out to our team - we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
How do I get started with Create Your Own?
Simply fill out our Create Your Own briefing form with your requirements, preferred products, and any branding details.

Why Create Your Own?
Create Your Own gives you the flexibility to build a completely custom gift from scratch. You can select from our in-house products, include your own branded merchandise, or incorporate products from external suppliers.
Can You Source Unique Products For Me?
Yes. If you have a particular type of product in mind, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you.
We may even be able to add your logo to these unique products.
What Are My Packaging Options?
Your gift can be presented using one of our existing packaging options, or we can source something more tailored to your needs.
Whether you prefer a cooler bag, wicker picnic basket, gift box, or something unique, we’ll help find the best packaging for your products.
Can You Include My Merchandise In Your Gifts?
Yes, in most cases this is possible. We’ll just need to check the size and weight of your items to ensure they fit within our gift packaging.
A small handling fee may apply to cover stock receiving, storage, and packing. Any additional costs will always be clearly outlined in your quote.
Can You Add My Logo To Your Products?
Yes. Many of our products can be customised with your business logo. One of our most popular branded items is our engraved wooden board.
