Send One Gift Direct FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to personal residences and places of business Australia-wide.

Our gift boxes are proudly made to order! Once you place your order, allow 2-5 business days for production and transit time for delivery.

Do you have an order minimum for sending direct?

No. You can send just one gift direct using our direct service. We have order minimums of 4+ gifts for our branded gifting range.

Can I choose the ribbon colour of my gift?

Yes. We have over 20 colours available.

Do you send a receipt in the gift box?

Since we are sending gift boxes directly to gift recipients, we do NOT include a receipt inside the shipping box to accompany the gift.

You, as the gift giver, will receive an email confirmation immediately upon placing your order which can serve as a receipt or if you need something additional, please contact us and we are more than happy to help.

Will my recipient addresses remain private and confidential?

Yes! We take privacy very seriously and we will never share your recipient information with anyone outside our shipping team.
