All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our gifting service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly ordered products. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure every gift arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or faulty - whether you purchased it yourself or received it as a gift - please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@ellarboutique.com.au.
Include your full name, delivery address, and clear photos of the damaged items so we can assess the issue and organise a replacement where applicable. This also allows us to lodge a claim with our courier partners.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If a replacement is required, we will send the same item (or a suitable alternative if the original is unavailable). Please contact us via email to arrange the exchange before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise advised. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
