Our branding and engraving machines require a high-resolution .EPS logo.

The logo must be an original vector file created in a program such as Adobe Illustrator and saved in EPS format. Our machinery cannot process logos converted to EPS online.

Incorrect logo files will delay production time.

What if I don't have a .EPS logo?
If the appropriate file for branding is unavailable but you wish to proceed with your online order, kindly upload the best-quality logo you possess. Our customer service team will then reach out to you.

Can Ellar Boutique create an .EPS logo for me?
Yes! Ellar Boutique partners with a graphic designer to convert any uploaded logo into a genuine EPS vector file at no cost. You’ll also receive a copy for your records. Simply email us at hello@ellarboutique.com.au to request a conversion for your next order.

We keep shipping simple at Ellar Boutique:

One Address

• $15 flat rate for sending one gift.
• $20 total when sending two or more gifts to the same address.

Multiple Addresses

• $15 per gift for multiple delivery locations.
